Norway's Sverdrup Set for Record Export Pace in August

Crude exports from Norway’s Johan Sverdrup will increase 3% in August to a record 774,000 bpd according to a loading programme seen by Argus.

  • The schedule for the grade lists 22 cargoes with no deferrals planned from July.
  • Recent gains in Johan Sverdrup values, to a 10-month wide premium of $1.30/bl to North Sea Dated last week, make the grade less appealing to buyers in Asia-Pacific.
