BOND SUMMARY: Not much to rock the boat so far, with participants digesting
familiar affairs. The focus now falls on China's monthly economic activity
indicators, due at the top of the hour.
- T-Notes trade -0-01+ at 139-12. Yields are little changed across the curve,
which has marginally twist flattened. Eurodollars sit +0.5 to -0.5 tick through
the reds.
- JGB futures opened lower, but have been well bid since and last trade 152.40,
+12 ticks vs. settlement. Curve has twist steepened a touch. Japan reported
below-forecast PPI data. The BoJ left the size of its 5-10 Year Rinban ops
unchanged at Y370bn.
- In Australia, YM -1.0 & XM -1.0. Curve has slightly twist flattened. Bills sit
1-2 ticks lower through the reds. The AOFM auctioned A$2.0bn worth of ACGB 2.75%
