NSW COVID Case Count Eyed

AUSSIE BONDS

YM & XM both print at unchanged levels at typing, with a lack of willingness to press meaningfully out of the overnight ranges evident thus far. Cash ACGBs print flat to ~0.5bp cheaper across the curve, with swap spreads a touch tighter in the main. Macro headline flow remains relatively light, allowing the markets to consolidate. Eyes now on the top of the hour, with the latest NSW COVID case count update due. There is once again some speculation that NSW's new daily COVID cases could top 200 for the first time.
