Nudging Higher

US TSYS

Tsys have nudged higher in early Asia-Pac dealing, with the major cash Tsy benchmarks running 0.5-1.5bp richer across the curve, led by the belly, while TYU2 last prints -0-01 at 120-22+, operating 0-02 off the top of its 0-08 range, with the early uptick failing to challenge the upper boundary of Thursday’s session. There hasn’t been much in the way of tier 1 macro headlines to digest since the CME re-open, although the situation surrounding Taiwan may be generating some angst amongst the regional trading community, while Thursday’s BoE commentary may also be feeding into early Asia-Pac dealing.
