Heating oil futures look to be consolidating the recent break below the 200-dma
ahead of another leg lower, with the July 18 low on the continuation chart at
$2.0430 the next downside target. Below here opens up trendline support from the
216 lows which comes in at $1.8600. Bulls need to reclaim the 200-dma at $2.1444
to return the outlook neutral, and overcome the 55-dma at $2.2674 to regain the
upper hand.
