KIWI: NZD/USD has ebbed 9 pips lower and last deals at $0.6852 after advancing
over 30 pips Tuesday, as kiwi drew support from modestly positive global risk
appetite. Kiwi finished the day atop the G10 pile.
- Worth mentioning in February NZ house prices rose by 0.8% M/M and by 5.5% Y/Y.
- The initial layer of support is provided by the 21-DMA at $0.6831. A breach of
that level would allow bears to set their sights on the 50-DMA at $0.6809.
Conversely, bulls look to yesterday's peak/upper 1.0% 10-DMA envelope at
$0.6873/77, situated ahead of the Feb 25/27/26 highs of $0.6902/03.
