  • Kiwi is now the worst performer in G10 versus the USD, overtaking the CAD.
  • The currency was under pressure overnight, but just down 0.18% so far today.
  • The pair (NZDUSD) still printed lowest level since November 2020 overnight.
  • A break below today's session low at 0.6727 opens to 0.6703, the 38.2% retrace of the March 2020/February 2021 rally.
  • Overnight saw RBNZ Gov Orr not really offering any new insights in his latest address, noting that the OCR will likely move above its neutral level at some point.
  • The DMO cut their bond issuance plans for the next four years, after the Treasury showed some improvement in their debt outlook.
  • USD is seeing some continuation buying, testing another session high against the CAD and NOK.
  • Cable has pared some of the earlier gains, to trade back closer to mid range, now at 1.3252.
