Off Best Levels As Equities Recover

BONDS

E-minis & EURO STOXX 50 futures recover from session lows, with the 3 major e-minis now mixed on the day and EUROSTOXX 50 futures +0.3%. This applies some pressure to core global FI markets, which move off best levels. We haven’t seen much in the way of an overt driver for the moves. Perhaps Europe looks to the “bad news is good news” argument re: the latest batch of softer than expected Chinese economic data, in that it could promote further easing from Chinese policymakers, which many have filtered into equity prices.
