Off Lows, Just

BONDS

Core FI markets have nudged away from worst levels of the day over the last couple of hours, but the moves remain modest. News of another North Korean missile launch (potentially ballistic), which has already landed in the sea and a heavy session for the Hang Seng Tech Index have likely allowed a very light bid to creep in. Tsy futures continue to operate in a very narrow range, while ACGBs are still better offered on the day, with YM & XM operating 1-2bp off cycle cheaps registered earlier in the session.
