OIL: Libya Cuts Es Sider and Sharara OSPs for October

Libya has cut the October Es Sider OSP to a $1.55/bbl discount to Dated Brent compared with a discount of $1.05/bbl for September, according to Bloomberg. Sharara OSP was set at a discount of $0.95/bbl, compared with a discount of $0.65/bbl in September.

  • Qatar set the November Marine crude OSP at a premium of $1.0/bbl to Oman/Dubai and Land crude OSP at a premium of $0.85/bbl.
  • Over the weekend Saudi Arabia set a larger than expected rise in the Arab Light OSP to Asia of $0.9/bbl to $2.2/bbl.
