OIL: Russia Western Port Oil Loadings Up to 2.06mbp on Novorossiisk Revision

September oil loadings from the Black Sea port of Novorossiisk in Russia have been revised up by 0.14m metric tons to 2.24m tons, or 545kbpd, according to Reuters sources.

  • An additional cargo of 140k tons was included in the loading plan.
  • Russia's oil exports from its western ports are expected to rise to nearly 2.06mbpd in September after the revision. Primorsk, Ust-Luga and Novorossiisk loadings are up from 1.95mbpd in August with more crude available for export amid an increase in offline primary oil refining capacity this month.
