US DATA PREVIEW: On Friday's October jobs report Jeffries economist Ward
McCarthy said that he expects a "moderate" rise in October jobs and a "sizable"
upward revision to the September pails and a "tepid" rise in average hourly
earnings. He projected a 160,000 October jobs gain with private payrolls up 150k
and Sep jobs revised upward to 75k from initial 33k reported gain. Jeffries also
expects 0.1% gain in October average hourly earnings and a 4.2% jobless rate.
