OPEC Production Edged Higher to 27.97mbpd in September: Bloomberg Survey

OPEC’s crude oil production in September edged higher by 50kbpd month on month to 27.97mbpd according to a Bloomberg survey.

  • The latest Reuters survey put OPEC September output at 27.73mbpd, up by 120kbpd from August levels.
  • Saudi Arabian crude oil production was stable on the month at 9mbpd, survey data showed, while Bloomberg tanker tracking data indicated a 15% month on month increase in exports to 6.25mbpd.
