"Kallpa Generación S.A. (“Kallpa”), the largest energy generation company in Peru rated Baa3 by Moody’s and BBB- by Fitch, has mandated Deutsche Bank, J.P. Morgan, and Santander as Joint Bookrunners to arrange a series of fixed income investor virtual meetings starting on January 21st, 2025.

  • A new intermediate-maturity USD-denominated 144A / Reg S benchmark-sized senior unsecured offering may follow. Concurrently, an offer to purchase for cash any-and-all of Kallpa’s outstanding USD-denominated 4.875% Senior Notes due 2026 has been announced" - BBG
  • KALLPA is majority owned by Nautilus Inkia Energy which in turn is owned by Latin American energy generation company Nautilus Energy Partners and ultimately by US Private Equity infrastructure firm I Squared Capital.
