GILT SUMMARY: PM Boris Johnson has stated that while he does not agree with the
Supreme Court ruling earlier today, he will respect the result. He further
argued that the ruling would now make it more difficult to negotiate a deal with
the EU. 
- Speaker of the House John Bercow has announced that the Commons will sit again
on Wednesday. Although Prime Minister's Questions will not be held tomorrow,
Bercow stressed that MPs would still have the opportunity to hold the government
to account.
- The Dec-19 gilt future trades at 133.56, down 16 ticks from Monday's close and
12 ticks off the day's high; L-H: 133.12-133.68.
- Gilts have rallied slightly with yields <1bps lower on the day. Cash yields
