Jean Claude Juncker today for Brexit discussions amid confidence from No.10 that
a deal is in sight. 
- The Chief Executive of the FCA, Andrew Bailey, has warned that unless the EU
reverses its plan to prevent traders in the bloc from using London exchanges,
equity markets would be severely affected in a no-deal Brexit scenario.
- The Dec-19 gilt future trades at 131.66, up 50 ticks from Friday's close and
11 ticks off the day's high; L-H: 131.12-131.77.
- Gilts have rallied with yields 3-5bps lower on the day. Cash yields (Last / 1d

- The short sterling futures strip has flattened: W (+ 0.5/1.5 ticks); R (+
