Pompeo: Iran Is New Home Base For Al Qaeda, Iran Helped Plan 9/11

In an incendiary speech, outgoing US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo has alleged that Iran has become the 'new home base' for Islamist terrorist group Al Qaeda, and that the Iranian regime had a role in the planning of the 11 September 2001 attacks on the World Trade Center.
