OIL: ### POV, Is Saudi Prince Salman's "anti corruption" crackdown Sunday truly
anti-corruption, or just a power play by soon to be crowned King (as early as
Friday)? However this plays out, it's certainly a destabilizing to not only the
region but with broader implications that can potentially span the globe. Some
off-the-cuff opinions from traders:  
* 1 It suits need to refill Saudi coffers
* 2 One can imagine there's plenty of favoritism and corruption in the Kingdom
* 3 That leads to convenient excuse to purge all for above reasons. 
"The interesting thing is that it's happening against backdrop of Lebanon, Iran
situation getting more interesting and Yemen in frame as well," one desk added.
Meanwhile, US Presd Trump explicitly approved of action. It could prove
difficult for the US if things go badly for the prince/new king (potential coup)
with "no diplomatic mechanism to handle the situation." Obvious market
implications are higher prices for oil with prices rising to 2-year highs this
week.
