POWER: Baltic TSOs Agree on System Management Framework Ahead of 2025 Sync.

 Baltic TSOs Litgrid, AST, and Elering have entered an agreement for the Baltic system management region, effective on 9 February 2025 – when synchronisation to the continental European power grid is expected to begin, Lithuania Energy Ministry said.

  • The agreement defines the rights and obligations of TSOs in the synchronisation zone.
