Pressure Creeps In

US TSYS

Tsy futures have pulled away from Friday peaks, with Asia-Pac participants perhaps using the opportunity to set fresh shorts/exit longs after the richening observed into the weekend, maintaining their focus on the recent hawkish repricing in FOMC-dated OIS. That leaves TYH3 -0-05 at 111-27, operating 0-01 off the base of the 0-06+ range observed thus far. General headline flow remains light, outside of the previously alluded to geopolitical stories and slight tweak in BoJ Rinban purchases.
