FOREX: Price action has been contained in the first half of today's Asia-Pac
session, with no major data releases & muted news flow. The Antipodeans have
held steady ahead of a speech from RBA Gov Lowe, due at the bottom of the hour,
with NZ markets closed, owing to a national holiday. 
- Sterling traders have looked to a Telegraph report which suggested that
cabinet ministers have held secret discussions on plans to delay Brexit by 8
weeks (an idea that is not welcomed by PM May), although price action has been
muted. 
- As a reminder, liquidity may be affected by the ongoing Lunar New Year
holidays across several Asian countries. 
- Focus today turns to the aforementioned speech from RBA Gov Lowe, U.S.
President Trump's State of the Union address, German factory orders, U.S. trade
balance & Canadian building permits, as well as an address from BoC's Lane.
