General Geoffrey Cox has stated that parliament is 'dead' and has 'no moral
right to sit' in what is likely a fresh attempt to rile the opposition into
backing a fresh election. 
- The Dec-19 gilt future trades at 134.02, up 25 ticks from Tuesday's close and
19 ticks off the day's high; L-H: 133.73-134.21.
- Gilts have rallied with yields 1-2bps lower on the day. Cash yields (Last / 1d
chg / L..H): 2Y (0.4317% / -1.2bp / 0.4233%...0.4361%); 5Y (0.3545% / -1.9bp /
0.3465%...0.3594%); 10Y (0.5059% / -1.9bp / 0.4979%...0.511%); 30Y (0.935% /
-1.6bp / 0.9261%...0.9389%).
- Short sterling futures have broadly rallied with reds & greens outperforming:
W (+ 0.5/3.0 ticks); R (+ 3.5/4.0 ticks); G (+ 3.5/4.0 ticks); B (+ 3.5/4.0
