ITALY: Prospective Italian gov't faces electoral test from M5S members
-M5S senate whip Stefano Patuanelli confirms that an online vote of around 100k
party members will take place tomorrow (Sep 3) from 0900-1800 CSET
(0800-1700BST). 
- Members will vote on question "Do you agree that the M5S should form a
government together with the PD, chaired by Giuseppe Conte?" 
- Agreed-to government programme will be available to members beforehand 
- If majority vote for 'no', Conte will be instructed to inform Pres. Mattarella
that he cannot form a government, presaging snap election. 
- In election scenario, League still retain healthy polling lead. Right-wing
coalition most likely outcome should GE take place.
