  • Chinese state-run CGTN tweets: "Russia to update its strategy in World Trade Organization amid sanctions, says Putin". Italy's TgCom24 reports: "Russian President Vladimir Putin ordered the government to prepare by June 1 a "strategy" with which Moscow will respond within the International Trade Organization (WTO) to Western sanctions, which he defines as "illegitimate" and "contrary to principles of the WTO ". Russian agencies report this."
  • Russian Embassy in Turkey tweets: "Vladimir Putin: I am 100% sure that the replacement of foreign companies will lead to an increase in the quality of the service offered to our citizens. Many foreign food businesses use Russian products at 50, 60 percent and some almost 90 percent."
