Putin Sec Council Meeting On Friday After 'Attack' In Bryansk Region

Kremlin spox Dmitri Peskov states that, President Vladimir Putin will chair a meeting of the Security Council on Friday following a 'terrorist attack' in the Bryansk region. Russian state media has run reports of an 'infiltration of Ukrainian saboteurs' into the region, while Peskov states that measures are being taken to destroy Ukrainian 'terrorists'.

Ukraine's command in the north on Feb 23 warned of a Russian false flag operation in the same area. Local officials also refuted reports of an attack on a school bus, saying all local schools are closed for remote learning."
