FED: Q: What fiscal policy is incorporated in SEP? On Main Street, what's the

threshold for expanding it?

- A: Re SEP, we don't like to incorporate things we're uncertain about, don't

think it included substantial additional fiscal support for the economy, maybe a

modest amount, something like low end guess on what might emerge from current

negotiations. IF there's more fiscal support, you'd see results sooner. That's a

question for Congress.

- Re Main Street, we're looking at whether nonprofits can be incorporated into

that or another facility, etc. Could do more in terms of size. We're willing to

continue to adapt.
