POWER: Qair Secures 17-Year Deals for 200MW Storage Projects in Poland

 Developer Qair has entered into 17-year agreements in the Polish capacity market for 200MW of energy storage, it said today.

  • The capacity includes two 100MW storage units that will be able to store 400MWh of power each.
  • The agreements stem from Poland’s capacity market auction in December 2024 for delivery in 2029.
  • The firm currently develops energy storage projects across the EU.
