- In terms of QE reinvestments, the Riksbank has halved the pace for the remainder of H2-22 compared to Q2-22.
- So this is a more aggressive reduction than even the hawks had suggested in February (which was reductions of around 25% rather than 50%).
- T-bill reinvestments will cease with immediate effect.
- So the Riksbank will buy SEK12bln of each of muni, covereds and govvies, and SEK1bln of corporates. So SEK37bln over H2.
