UK: Queen Elizabeth II will present the gov'ts legislative agenda for the
upcoming parliament in her Queen's Speech later today. 
- Monarch due to speak around 1130GMT (0630ET, 1230CET) in stripped-back
ceremony without the pomp and circumstance of the traditional state opening. She
will lay out up to 40 bills the gov't will put forward over the coming years. 
- MPs will return to Commons at 1430GMT(0930ET, 1530CET) to hear speeches from 2
gov't backbenchers, followed by Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn, then PM at around
1515GMT (1015ET, 1615CET). 
- What will be content in the Speech? Likely many similar aspects to previous
Queen's Speech in October: 
-- Withdrawal Agreement Bill to come back tomorrow, before being finalised in
Jan. Other Brexit legislation also.
-- NHS funding to be enshrined in law, business rate cuts, more money for
schools, infrastructure, establishment of 'constitution commission' seen as
potential threat to Supreme Court/House of Lords.
- With major tax rises off the table, money for all this to come from borrowing.
