SOUTH AFRICA: Rand continues to be driven b y risks.. The earlier morning spike
on the back of Moody's: "Investors Service is looking for signs of a credible
medium-term vision for South Africa and said it's "a bit early" to judge the
government's policy and structural reforms after changing its outlook on the
country's credit ratings to negative almost three months ago".
-Next rating is 23/03
-Also this morning more issues are arsing with African Airways and the never
ending Eskom saga, with big mining and industrial companies wanting to generate
their own power 
*Of course ALL EYES remains on the Corona virus, with infected numbers
surpassing the SARS crisis. 
-immediate resistance is seen at 14.58 (prices are BGN)
