EURO-DOLLAR: Rate breaking out slightly, heading for a test on the $1.13 handle
to return to the 1.13-1.14 range posted since early February. The 50- and
100-dmas become the first targets here, seen at $1.1368/1.1369 (the 50- fell
below the 100- yesterday for the first time since May 2018). Further near-term
resistance may be found at $1.1327, marking the 61.8% Fib retracement for the
$1.1177-1.1420.
