CABLE: Rate breaks down further, slipping below $1.3050 for the first time
today. Yesterday's lows at $1.3028 provide the next levels of support, which
coincide with the 50% fib retracement level for the $1.2922-1.3134 move. A break
below here would open up the cloud top at $1.3012 ahead of the 55-dma at
$1.2986. Data calendar remains light today, although BoE's Broadbent is due to
testify in front of the Lords Economic Affairs Committee on the 'use of RPI' at
1535BST.
