CABLE: Rate briefly pops higher, touching $1.3139 as Austrian press Der
Standard, citing EU Commission sources, writes that a Brexit deal could be
sealed in the "coming days". While the sentiment is not particularly new, GBP
remains choppy, popping higher before retracing much of the move. A break above
$1.3150 would encounter resistance ahead of yesterday's highs at $1.3175 and the
2.0% 10-dma envelope at $1.3206.
