DOLLAR-YEN: Rate improves further, slipping through the earlier session highs as
equities remain somewhat resilient and as short-end US yields hold close to the
session's best levels. Newsflow remains particularly quiet with markets eyeing
the G20 discussions over the weekend but the pair may run into touted resistance
at yesterday's highs of Y113.68 and the descending trendline from Oct4 which
currently kicks in at Y114.03.
