Rate remains one of the poorer performers....>

AUSSIE
AUSSIE: Rate remains one of the poorer performers of the session after printing
lows of $0.7545 mid-morning, but is yet to challenge or threaten Friday`s lows
of $0.7532. A weaker commodities complex has held back not just the AUD, but the
NZD and CAD too as the truce struck between South and North Korea takes some of
the geopolitical risk premium out of the crude oil price. Focus turns to the RBA
rate decision due overnight, with speculation growing that the bank could shift
the wording of their policy statement to appear slightly more hawkish. See MNI
STATE OF PLAY: Risk of RBA Shift To More Hawkish Statement on the MainWire.
