CHINA: /RATINGS: Moody's latest Inside China examines multiple sectors and the
state of China's finances
- Moody's Investors Service says in the latest edition of its Inside China
publication that China's current account is likely to move into structural
deficit over this decade, as the share of savings in the economy declines more
quickly than investment, challenging China's economic and financial stability.
While not its core expectation, Moody's says that the shift into deficit could
weigh on the sovereign's credit profile.
