EURO-STERLING TECHS: Recovery Builds

Yesterday's pullback based ahead of 0.87 to keep the recovery intact. Bulls need

a close above the Nov 28 low at 0.8810 to build on recent momentum, targeting a

break of the 200-dma at 0.8866. On the downside a break back below 0.8700 would

suggest a return to Friday's ytd low of 0.8617, opening the potential of a run

at the 0.85 level.
