- TotalEnergies Antwerp - larger of two FCC’s new reactor due October 2024 – work may be moved to 2025 – Bloomberg sources.
- Swedens Preem Lysekil synsat diesel unit to reach mechanical operation end of quarter – Preem.
- Run cuts at European refineries are estimated to reach 300k b/d this month and 700k b/d in 4Q, according to a note from Energy Aspects (comes on weak margins). European turnarounds estimated at about 1.06m b/d for September, 1.17m b/d for October and 401k b/d in November, the report from last week showed.
- European refineries are set to take a total of 900,000 bpd of crude distillation capacity offline this September for maintenance according to IIR Energy.
