Remaining Under Water

GILTS

Gilt futures consolidate a little above session cheaps, hampered by the sticky bid in the BoE-dated OIS space and no real bounce in wider core global FI markets. That leaves futures -40 or so, while cash Gilts run 3-6bp cheaper as the belly leads the weakness. Meanwhile, Gilts widen vs. Bunds across the curve, with relative central bank pricing dynamics also at the fore there.
