See the latest German wind output forecast for base-load hours from SpotRenewables vs Bloomberg’s ECMWF model for the next seven days as of Monday afternoon.

  • Both models have similar wind forecasts on 26-27 November, and the 30 November as well as 1 December, with minimal deviations on those dates.
  • Significant discrepancies arise on 29 Nov, 2 Dec and 4 Dec as SpotRenewables predicts lower wind generation than ECMWF over those dates.

  • Despite these differences, both models generally agree that German wind generation is expected to peak around 28 November before declining sharply, reaching its lowest levels this month around 29–30 November.
