Reports Suggest Restart of Nord Stream Expected

TTF hovering around 220€/MWh after headlines report the start to Nord Stream 1 supply is expected as planned tomorrow morning.

  • Nominations show a resumption of flows from 02:00 CET however uncertainty remains after the amount has dropped from 14.4GWh/h down to just 10,000 KWh/h during the day today.
  • TTF had early traded as low as 203€/MWh with EU members suggesting more confidence for the winter on the back of increasing LNG imports, reducing consumption and replenished gas storage.
    • TTF OCT 22 down -8.8% at 221.7€/MWh
    • TTF WIN 22 down -8.8% at 221.53€/MWh
    • TTF SUM 23 down -2.8% at 180.09€/MWh
