CABLE: Retains an underlying buoyant tone with some suggesting resistance
currently being supplied by the 21-dma line at $1.3170. Rate has edged to a high
of $1.3165, currently around $1.3156. Several traders note that GBP/JPY has been
the trade of the morning, sterling month-end strength vs Jpy reaction to the
earlier BOJ announcement(with the USD sell signal vs JPY also mentioned as the
weakest of the major pairs). Traders had mentioned earlier resistance in cable
from $1.3150 through to $1.3170, a break to expose $1.3182 (76.4%
$1.3213-1.3083) ahead of $1.3213 (Jul26 high).
