SWEDEN: Riksbank - Bank views part 2:
- Dankse Bank's long-held view is that repeated core inflation misses will
convince the board majority to postpone the first hike to next year. We think
they will give a hint today by lowering, though not fully removing the
probability of a hike in Q4.- Citi expect this September meeting to result in no
rate change. However, note that we get a new assessment in September, so it will
be interesting to see the updated forecasts especially given recent weak core
inflation trends.

- ING expect the policy rate and asset purchase programme to remain unchanged
and think the likely outcome is the committee shifts its forecast of interest
rates to indicate a slightly later rate hike.
