AUSSIE: Risk appetite improved overnight after the US-China trade wars failed to
escalate over the weekend. AUDUSD improved to $0.7464 with the firmer tone
spilling over into Europe. Expect resistance on approach to $0.7500 ($0.7494 -
50% $0.7677-0.7311, Kijun line), a break and hold above is required for the next
leg higher and challenge $0.7530/36 (Jun13 low/2% envelope 10-dma). Near-term
support at $0.7427 (Asia low, 21-dma). Also worth noting of the large A$764mn
optional expiry interest at $0.7460 for today's NY cut. Last $0.7466.
