Russia Crude Output Increasing in September

Russia output of crude oil and condensate increased from Aug to the period Sep 1-Sep 25 to 10.73mbpd according to Bloomberg based on Energy Ministry’s CDU-TEK data.

  • The output is approximately 1.3% above August data reported by Kommersant.
  • Crude deliveries to Russia’s refineries so far in September was unchanged at nearly 5.6mbpd, roughly the same as a month ago.
  • Russia’s foreign oil exports averaged 4.77mbpd in the period, down more than 3% from a month before.
