WHEAT

Russia's state-run RIA Novosti reporting comments from the country's Foreign Ministry stating that the Black Sea grain deal with Ukraine, facilitated by Turkey and the UN, is 'being fulfilled badly', and that 'its extension will depend on its implementation'.

  • The deal has been in place since July 22. Under the agreement's terms, the Black Sea Grain Initiative must be renewed every 120 days. That means the current deal's terms expire on 19 November 2022.
