Russia Opens Trade To Turkish Exports After Closure

  • Russia has lifted the ban on 7 Turkish agricultural products, which it had previously stopped importing. Zucchini, eggplant, pomegranate, pepper, grape, grapefruit and orange will enter the Russian market unhindered.
  • Çavuşoğlu pointed out that the steps taken by Russia to lift the bans imposed on Turkey excited the exporters of fresh fruit and vegetables from the Western Mediterranean, and continued: waiting to be done.
  • Exporters, with the opening of the doors, old business connections will be established in a short time, shipments will start and a significant amount of foreign currency inflow will be provided to the Turkish economy.
