Russia Raises Refinery Processing Post Maintenance Season

Russian refineries raised their crude-processing volumes to highest levels in ten weeks as refiners complete the annual maintenance season according to a person familiar with the matter and Bloomberg industry data.

  • Russia processed over 5.6mbpd in the week ending 21 June, up by around 115kbpd from a week before and the highest processing rate since 6-12 April, industry data showed.
  • Average processing for the month through 21 June grew to 5.46mbpd, the person said.
