Russia's Lukoil Pushes More Volumes Out of Novorossiisk in July

Russia’s Lukoil has added around 140,000 metric tons of crude to its original Novorossiisk loading plan for July following Ukraine’s Druzhba transfer blockage according to Reuters sources.

  • Last week, Slovakia and Hungary said they had stopped receiving oil from Lukoil as Ukraine enforced sanctions on transit through its territory.
  • Hungary and Slovakia have asked the European Commission to mediate a consultation procedure with Ukraine on Monday.
