Russia's Murmansk Crude Flows Dip 15% Feb m/m

Crude flows out of Russia’s Arctic port of Murmansk slipped 15% in February m/m to its lowest pace since September. All cargoes from the port are now headed to Asia – prior to sanctions all flows from the port headed to Europe.

  • Murmansk shipments averaged 273k b/d in February, down from 323k b/d in January according to Bloomberg.
